With more than 12 years in commercial real estate, Max brings a perspective few advisors can offer: he has sat on both sides of the table. His career spans tenant and landlord representation across some of South Florida's most active submarkets, and he approaches every assignment with the same standard — full commitment until the deal is done.
Today, Max focuses on maximizing asset value for ownership at CBRE. He advises institutional and entrepreneurial investors on leasing strategy, marketing positioning and occupancy optimization, converting competitive advantages into stronger returns.
Before joining CBRE, Max spent five years at NAI Global representing tenants and landlords. He launched his brokerage career in Boston, spending three years building his foundation before relocating to South Florida eight years ago, where he built deep market knowledge across Palm Beach and Broward counties. Earlier in his career, he served as a project manager at Turnberry Associates in Aventura, where he developed firsthand perspective on how ownership evaluates asset performance. He holds a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College. A four-year member of the Dickinson College Men's Lacrosse Team and a high school All-American, Max carries the same competitive drive into every client engagement.
