Max Pawk, Senior Associate, is a member of CBRE’s office agency Leasing team, working exclusively with John Criddle and Joe Freitas. He is responsible for representing both institutional and entrepreneurial investors in the ownership of office properties across Broward and Palm Beach counties. Max’s primary focus consists of advising clients relative to the development and implementation of aggressive leasing and marketing strategies that competitively position their assets to maximize overall occupancy levels and create value for ownership.
Prior to joining CBRE, Max spent 5 years with NAI representing Tenants and Landlords initially in Boston, MA and over the past 3 years in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. He also spent the first few years of his professional career working as Project Manager for Turnberry Associates in Aventura, FL.
