Max Valentino is an Associate at CBRE, focusing on retail project leasing and tenant representation across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Max works with landlords, developers, and tenants to create strategic leasing outcomes, drawing on strong market knowledge, data-backed insight, and a collaborative approach.
Over four years at CBRE, Max has represented a wide range of retail projects throughout DFW. His work centers on understanding retailer needs, identifying high-value opportunities, and guiding clients through each step of the leasing process. With strong relationships across the market and a sharp eye for trends, Max helps clients make confident, informed real estate decisions.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Max played college basketball at Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where he was a two-time KCAC champion and earned his bachelor's degree in financial services from the Chesapeake Energy School of Business.
A Dallas-Fort Worth native, Max grew up in Argyle, Texas, which gives him deep knowledge of the North Texas retail landscape. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer who enjoys cheering on DFW sports teams and spending time with friends and family.
