Max Wolf joined CBRE in 2017 and has concentrated on the Lehigh Valley, Northeastern, and Central Pennsylvania; where he is responsible for leasing and sales of industrial properties. Over his career, Mr. Wolf has represented both landlords and tenants in numerous transactions with his teammate, William Wolf. The team was responsible for over 75 transactions in the last 18 months with an aggregate value more than 200 million dollars.
Max focuses on the PA I-78/81 Corridor Industrial Market, as well as multi-Market pursuits for CBRE. He is focused on industrial tenants and landlord representation; and has developed and enhanced the team’s financial analysis capabilities. Since joining CBRE in 2017, Max has been involved in numerous industrial transactions in core industrial markets across North America; including Chicago, Dallas, Toronto, Indianapolis, Atlanta, and other locations. In addition to facilitating transactions in markets across North America, Max hosts quarterly market calls with local brokers from across the country, developing his understanding of national industrial trends and activity.
