As the Managing Director of the Midwest Account Management group, Megan King is not only responsible for retaining and growing accounts within CBRE’s Advisory and Transactions business, but also for ensuring operational excellence in transaction management.
With over 20 years in real estate, she is a multifaceted professional with experience in corporate services, valuation, and transaction management across all asset classes.
Before joining CBRE, Megan spent 16 years at JLL, where she served as the Regional Transactions Director on a major financial services account and was a key member of the Capital Markets practice. She brings tenacious attention to detail to the team with a balanced, big-picture approach.
