Megan Kutter is the Sales Support lead for the Louisville Industrial team. She is a licensed KY real estate professional who delivers exceptional outcomes for colleagues, tenants, and landlords through strategic project management and leveraging the cutting-edge CBRE Platform. She manages all aspects of the Industrial team’s listing life cycle including Landlord and Tenant representation, pipeline projections, listing inventory, promotional marketing and deal close outs.
Prior to joining the Industrial Team in 2025, Megan was the Louisville Operations Supervisor, responsible for efficient and profitable day-to-day operations of the Louisville Office. These responsibilities included expense management, pipeline and sales projections, staff development, human resources, licensing and supporting the leadership team.
