Meher Janyavula is a technology and AI leader with more than 20 years of experience building digital and data strategies, platforms and solutions across commercial real estate, financial services, banking, mortgage and telecom.
As Group Vice President of Digital & Technology (D&T) for CBRE's Advisory Services business, Meher partners with business leaders to shape and deliver the technology strategy behind Leasing, Capital Markets, Research and Marketing. He leads globally distributed teams that run the platforms supporting nearly $10 billion in annual advisory revenue, and he is accountable for how those platforms help CBRE professionals decide faster and deliver stronger client outcomes.
Meher's priorities include AI agents that automate real workflows, AI-driven engineering productivity, and data platforms that make insight available across the business. His remit also covers the Salesforce Center of Excellence and about 65 global marketing sites.
Before CBRE, Meher held digital transformation leadership roles at Capital One and Verizon.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institution of Engineers in India
- Master’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Warangal, India
