Melanie Nielsen joined CBRE in 2021 specializing in the sales and leasing of retail properties throughout Idaho. Her areas of expertise include tenant representation, assisting clients with lease renewals, and owner-user acquisitions. She works with both private and institutional clients across an array of use types including banks, restaurants, bars, car washes, automotive, veterinary and medical services, and big-box users. She utilizes the latest technologies to quickly survey opportunities that come on the market.
Melanie has a proven track record of building strong community relations and providing clients with innovative commercial real estate solutions. She has collaborated with decision-makers, property owners, and senior executives to craft effective real estate sales and marketing plans.
Prior to joining CBRE, Melanie was with Colliers in Idaho from 2016 to 2021. Melanie’s prior professional experience includes 15+ years of sales and marketing in Seattle, Washington.
