As the Director of Lease Administration Operations on the Comerica Bank account, Mrs. Dalton provides oversight of the national real estate operations covering the lease administration line of business. CBRE’s Comerica lease administration account team of 3 dedicated professionals provides portfolio management services including: real estate database management; lease abstraction; processing of rental payments; desktop audits of year-end operating expense reconciliations; tenant and subtenant management (which includes invoicing and cash receipts, preparation of year-end operating expense reconciliations, and certificate of insurance compliance); and comprehensive portfolio reporting. Comerica’s portfolio consists of over 600 locations across 11 states with 5.5 million square feet and annual rent expenses on average of $84M or above.
Mrs. Dalton joined CBRE in December, 2009, as Senior Manager, Lease Administration. She was promoted to Director in March, 2014. Prior to joining CBRE, Mrs. Dalton was the Lease Administration Manager at Federal-Mogul Corporation based in Southfield, MI where she was responsible for managing the lease administration activities for its global operations in 34 countries. Prior to that, she was in the retail sector working in both Lease and Franchise Administration for Mr. Bulky Treats & Gifts and The Coffee Beanery, Ltd.
With over 22 years of experience in the corporate real estate industry, Mrs. Dalton has developed a vast knowledge of corporate real estate leases and the management thereof, which allows her to effectively deliver quality service to her clients and assist them in meeting their portfolio management goals.
