Melissa Gray is responsible for the oversight of Property Management in the Kansas City region. Prior to this role, Melissa served as Director of Consulting Services for CBRE, overseeing a team of dedicated consulting professionals responsible for strategic program development and management services for building operations. Skilled in program management, Melissa has completed certification projects and analyses on over 90 million square feet for a broad range of clients worldwide. She previously served within CBRE’s Chicago Property Management team, managing a 1.7 million SF portfolio where she utilized her skills working with cross-divisional teams including brokerage, project management, legal and project architects to achieve broader client needs.
