As a Move Manager, Melissa Hogan is responsible for overseeing all relocation management projects. In this role, her responsibilities include project initiation, budgeting and cost control, project scope of work, scheduling, vendor bid review and selection, move meetings, communications planning and general oversight and close-out of the relocation process. She is also responsible for furniture planning, installation, liquidation and procurement. Ms. Hogan coordinates all contractors, vendors and contract administration on behalf of the client, creating a seamless transition to minimize operational downtime.

Ms. Hogan utilizes her experience to ensure that the client’s goals and objectives are met in every project, from budgeting to scheduling and more. Ms. Hogan has worked on both large and small relocation projects ranging from a 1,500 SF office space, to a 50,000 SF 24-hour security/data center, to an 180,000 SF operations center and a 450,000 SF cross-state world headquarter relocation. In addition, she has a general knowledge of construction as a result of her experience assisting other CBRE Project Managers on assignments, therefore allowing her to better serve her clients and operate proactively.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, Ms. Hogan gained her knowledge and skill through working for residential builders, general contractors and real estate development firms. In all, she has over fourteen years experience working in the real estate and construction industry.
