Her focus is on multi-market dispositions and capitalizations of office and industrial assets in Los Angeles County. Melissa excels in keeping clients informed about opportunities in the market, conducting in-depth research and financial analysis, and developing resources to showcase her team’s value-proposition.
As a CBRE women’s network field delegate, Melissa empowers her female peers in the industry through mentorship, networking events, and supporting worthy causes. Melissa is also a regular guest lecturer at a University of Southern California real estate finance class, where she discusses ethics in real estate and the business world.
