Based out of CBRE’s Columbus office, Melissa brings more than 20 years of experience to CBRE and is focused on delivering strategic, innovative real estate solutions that produce superior results and create exceptional value for clients. She supports retailers by providing strategic market planning, site acquisition and disposition services and a full suite of services for every phase of the retail life cycle.

Melissa has extensive regional market knowledge and has developed strong relationships with retailers, developers and the brokerage community. Her knowledge of existing opportunities, new developments, sites not currently on the market and real estate trends provide an added value to clients, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.

RESULTS ACHIEVED: After being hired to assist with leasing the 74-acre, infill Brownfield redevelopment, the team secured major new tenants including Cinemark, Kroger Marketplace, Pet Supplies Plus, Tile Shop, Olive Garden and Bar Louie. Leasing agent of Phase II development of the Streets of West Chester. Tenants secured during the leasing assignment include Top Golf and Main Event.
STREETS OF WEST CHESTER | West Chester, Ohio | 167,638 SF with 200,000 SF phase II expansion

RESULTS ACHIEVED: Successfully secured Top Golf, Main Event, Chuy’s, Bagger Dave’s and Matt the Miller to complete Phase II development at a higher return and lower investment cost.
ENCORE OF OAKLEY | Cincinnati, Ohio | 16,000 SF

RESULTS ACHIEVED: After being engaged to assist with the redevelopment of a former auto repair store, the team strategically created a merchandising plan and leasing proforma that allowed the developer to reach 100% occupancy within six months. Tenants secured include Starbucks, Condado Tacos, Chicken Salad Chick and Verizon.
