Meredith Bell Frese

Meredith Bell Frese is a Senior Managing Director and Client Development leader in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services business. She is responsible for advising occupiers with the strategies, talent, tools and technology to optimize real estate portfolios. Meredith takes a panoramic view of the real estate occupier experience, backed by a rare blend of transaction, strategy, and change management skills. With insightful problem-solving and positive energy, she helps organizations see new ways to get the most from their real estate.

Previously, Meredith was a First Vice President in Advisory & Transaction Services providing transaction management and brokerage services to large accounts. In this capacity, Meredith has made an impact on several million square feet of space worldwide and brought more than $100 million in value-add savings to her clients.

She also brings a background in consulting where she led projects for Workplace360, a global CBRE initiative that is transforming the way employees work resulting in improved productivity for employees.
