A CBRE Vice Chairman- the highest title achievable by the firm’s brokerage professionals – she has completed transactions and consulting assignments totaling over 139 million square feet. Additionally, Meredith is considered one of the female trailblazers in commercial real estate.

Meredith co-leads a team of 10 exceptional professionals, establishing one of the first female-led tenant-advisory teams in the country. The team is comprised of industry experts whose core focus includes strategic planning, portfolio analytics and optimization, account management and global, multi-market transaction execution. She has served on the Advisory Board of Charity Works, a not-for-profit that wove a fabric of corporate leaders, donors and volunteers that was a catalyst for change in in the community. Charity Works partnered with local non-profit organizations raising money for children, education and veterans’ groups. Meredith is also on the Board of Governors for Cambridge Health and currently serves on the Leadership Committee of CBRE’s Technology and Media Practice Group.
Prior to joining CBRE, Meredith successfully led leasing efforts for a portfolio of properties in the Washington DC region for Carr America, a national REIT.
