Merrill joined CBRE in July 2022 as Associate in the Occupier Services Group in South Florida, where she represents best-in-class office tenants. Merrill specializes in developing and executing innovative real estate strategies for businesses across various industries. By offering solutions such as occupancy cost reduction, workplace occupancy trends, lease transaction management, and negotiation advisory, Merrill helps clients align their real estate needs with their broader business goals.
Merrill brings a wealth of diverse experience and skills to her role. Prior to joining CBRE, Merrill was a Digital Content Specialist for rbb Communications, which has equipped her with a unique media background and strong communication skills to formulate a deeper understanding to her corporate clients’ needs.
Merrill, a proud graduate of the University of Florida, also leads CBRE’s Rising Professionals Organization for Miami.
