Learn MoreMicah is a Senior Vice President at CBRE Affordable Housing, where he focuses on debt originations for affordable housing properties nationwide. Since joining CBRE in 2019, he has closed more than $3.5 billion in affordable housing financing transactions. He has deep expertise in LIHTC, Section 8 Housing, tax-exempt bonds, and public-private partnerships that promote affordable housing.
Prior to CBRE, Micah was a Director in the Portfolio Lending Group at Greystone, where he specialized in structuring and executing bridge and mezzanine transactions for market-rate and affordable properties. With a career in commercial real estate dating back to 2011, he brings extensive knowledge of Freddie Mac TAH, Fannie Mae MAH, and FHA loan programs to the CBRE Affordable Housing team.
