Michael Affronti is the Executive Managing Director for CBRE’s New York Office Leasing business, where he provides executive oversight and drives the performance and expansion of the platform. In this leadership role, he leads a team of sales professionals focused on delivering innovative solutions for both investor and occupier clients.
Previously, Mr. Affronti served as Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE’s Greater Boston Advisory business, overseeing the region’s operations and strategic direction across leasing, investment sales, debt and structured finance, valuation services and property management. He oversaw more than 400 professionals across New England.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Affronti was an office broker operating out of CBRE’s New York office, where he gained more than 10 years of leasing experience on both the occupier and agency sides of the business, including representing some of the largest landlords in New York City.
Before joining CBRE, he spent five years playing professional baseball for the Oakland Athletics and Houston Astros.
