Michael Bachinski a seasoned real estate professional with over 12 years of valuation and consultation experience. Professional experience has been in the fee preparation of real estate appraisals and market studies of commercial and multifamily residential properties. Assignments completed in Colorado. Primary geographical experience is in metropolitan Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Pueblo and the Front Range of Colorado and various Colorado mountain resort communities. Primary experience encompasses a wide variety of property types with emphasis on retail but also including development land, office, industrial, multi-family, and special purpose. Assignments completed include valuations of proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing developments. Mr. Bachinski has completed approximately 1,500 appraisal reports.
Mr. Bachinski serves as CBRE’s Colorado retail specialist and is a part of CBRE’s National Retail Valuation Group which includes 50+ appraisers nationally.
