Michael Balow is a licensed Michigan real estate broker with over 19 years of experience in the Southeast Michigan commercial real estate market. Michael has worked on varied projects such as the development of industrial sites on both greenfield and brownfield sites, representing clients on the purchase or sale of industrial land, the purchase and sale of office buildings, and the development of residential land. Michael has also underwritten real estate investments for pension funds and large private investors. Michael is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served on active duty in the Navy for seven years prior to his professional experience in automotive supply and then commercial real estate.
