Michael Buttress is a Project Manager for CBRE. He has over 17 years of experience in the Project Management field, providing financial management, regulatory compliance, program design, project planning and budgeting, construction technology, materials management and workflow planning. He has managed construction and development projects for all real estate types including Medical, Government, Residential, Retail and Office in the South Florida Local Market Area (LMA) consisting of projects throughout Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Buttress served as Vice President of Operations for Quality Built, LLC, located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In his role as a Project Manager Mr. Buttress completed the management and delivery of more than $200 million in construction.
