Michael Cashio is a Senior Vice President in the CBRE Baton Rouge office. Michael covers all aspects of commercial real estate including industrial, office, investment, development and property analysis and consulting. He specializes in investment sales, land acquisition/disposition, and industrial sales/leasing. He also has a background in several local mixed-use developments including Heritage Crossing, Baringer Park and Harveston.

With more than 12 years of industry experience, Michael’s knowledge and access to such a wide array of deals provides crucial insight into real-time market changes as well as supply gaps and imbalances that provide value for developers, tenants and investors. Before joining CBRE, Michael was an Associate Broker at NAI Latter & Blum. Over the last several years, Michael and his team have completed transactions with a total consideration of more than $1.5 billion.
