Michael Cosby is a Vice Chair with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team, responsible for originating and executing debt and equity placements across all product types with a focus on multifamily properties. Partnering with Kris Lowe and Andy Scott, the team has successfully originated, structured and closed hundreds of transactions valued at over $60 billion.
Before joining CBRE in 2025, Michael was a Senior Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets. He began his career in commercial real estate finance in 2010 at HFF, where he was an Associate Director before the firm was acquired by JLL in 2019.
