Michael Cummings, MAI, ISHC

Mr. Michael Cummings, MAI, ISHC, is a Managing Director for Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS), overseeing Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Southern Virginia. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Divisional Leader in the Eastern and Caribbean Divisions within the CBRE Hotels Advisory platform.

Mr. Cummings has been active in the real estate industry since 1993. Mr. Cummings has completed over six hundred going concern hotel appraisals, consulting, and advisory assignments in the last 36 months.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Cummings worked as a principal and managing director for Horwath HTL overseeing the United States, Mexico and Caribbean. He had also held the position of principal of the Norfolk office of Hotel & Club Associates where his primary focus was valuation and advisory services.
