Michael DesRoches recently joined CBRE as an Associate on South Florida’s Capital Markets team, specializing in the acquisition, disposition and exchange of industrial properties throughout South Florida. Michael graduated from Florida State University in 2022 with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. Prior to joining CBRE, Michael worked as a Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield in Austin, Texas. In this role he conducted in-depth market research to analyze various trends for the office and industrial market including pricing, vacancy rates and supply-demand dynamics. In addition, he communicated research findings to internal teams and clients, which aided in business development pursuits.
