Michael Dudley is a Senior Vice President within the Office Leasing group of CBRE, Inc. Mr. Dudley possesses more than 36 years of experience in all facets of Landlord Representation and has successfully handled more than 1,250 transactions totaling over seven million square feet. Mr. Dudley currently handles the leasing for approximately 1.5 million square feet in the Las Colinas, North Central Expressway and Far North Dallas submarkets.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Dudley was Leasing Director for Equity Office Properties, where he specialized in Las Colinas and Preston Center properties. From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Dudley was Director of Leasing for Brookhollow Properties, where he was responsible for a 700,000-square-foot portfolio in Arlington, Texas.
