Mike Filice started his real estate career in 1990 and as Executive Vice President leads the Silicon Valley Tenant Advisory Group. Over the past 33 years, Mike has played a pivotal role in advising real estate strategies for Bay Area Technology, Telecommunications & Media companies. His clients benefit from his decades of transaction experience navigating dynamic market conditions, both locally & globally. During his three decades leasing, purchasing & selling facilities, Mike has worked on 10+ million SF of transactions with a consideration value of $6+ billion. He has played a role in many of the valleys significant HQ transactions including the Verizon/Yahoo campus sale/leaseback/build-to-suit transaction with a value more than $2 billion.
