Michael Fleming

Michael Fleming is a Senior Real Estate Manager with CBRE|Raleigh.  He is responsible for the day-to-day management of approximately 350,000 square feet of retail space.Responsibilities include the day-to-day operation of the properties, preparation of annual operating budgets, financial reporting, property owner contact and tenant relations.

Mr. Fleming joined CBRE|Raleigh in 2013 and has over 8 years of experience in retail, office, and medical asset management. Prior to joining CBRE|Raleigh, he worked for Edens Realty and Combined Properties, Inc., based out of the Greater Washington DC area. With Edens, Michael held Operational and Development responsibilities for a mixed-use development that contained 1,000 dwelling units, 125,000 sf of office space and 500,000 sf of retail space. With Combined Properties, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of over 1 million square feet of grocery-anchored retail shopping centers.
