Michael Gordon has more than 30 years of diverse commercial real estate experience and serves as an Executive Vice President (Honorary Title) with CBRE. In this role, he provides transaction management services and oversight for client portfolios with multiple locations throughout the United States and internationally, for clients such as Cognizant, Thomson Reuters and Skanska USA. In addition, Mr. Gordon has represented some of the preeminent landlords and tenants in Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Gordon spent five years at Colliers International where he was consistently the top producing broker in the Stamford, CT office. He was also a member of the tenant representation team that was awarded the 2018 NAIOP lease of the year for the 200,000+ SF FactSet Headquarters relocation in Norwalk.

Mr. Gordon began his real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield as Account Director in the Client Solutions Group. He was the single point of contact responsible for the day-to-day account management for several significant corporate clients including Siemens AG, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Thomson Reuters, WPP (advertising agency holding company), and others. In this role, he was also responsible for coordinating the strategic planning process, developing reporting systems to track transactions in progress, and extensive lease negotiations. Mr. Gordon was named C&W’s Corporate Services Professional of the Year for the New York area in 2000. Before joining C&W, Mr. Gordon provided accounting and consulting services to small and midsize corporations including tax, audit and financial management support. He has a background in accounting and finance and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Mr. Gordon is involved in various community organizations including Temple Beth Tikvah, the American Cancer Society and Community Centers, Inc. of Greenwich. He has traveled on medical missions to Tanzania and the Dominican Republic and was a founder and coach of Madison’s High School Rugby Club.
