Michael Greiner joined CBRE’s multifamily brokerage team in 2024. Mr. Greiner brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having closed over 100 commercial property sale and financing transactions with Marcus & Millichap and Wells Fargo in addition to having managed more than 250,000 SF of commercial property. Being an owner and developer of commercial multifamily property himself, Mr. Greiner is dedicated to leveraging his firsthand experience to provide personalized and comprehensive asset management advisory services to every client.
