Michael Hartwick is a Brokerage Services Vice President for CBRE and specializes in
analyzing and synthesizing client’s real estate situations with an emphasis on
portfolio analysis for AMLAW 100 firms, major banks, educational institutions and
other prominent industry leaders. Michael specializes in tenant representation and
consults clients throughout Southern California, across the United States, Europe,
Asia and South America.
Mr. Hartwick joined the team of Lynn Williams and Jeffrey Welch directly after graduating college in 2013 and has completed nearly 3.0 million SF of transactions in his career. Mr. Hartwick’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing details reports complete with accurate market data, identifying off market opportunities and completing in depth financial analysis. Mr. Hartwick also specializes in preparing custom web based real estate dashboards for clients with real estate portfolios.
Mr. Hartwick joined CBRE in 2015, after two years with Cushman & Wakefield where Mr. Hartwick was the head of the Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders in the Downtown Los Angeles office. Mr. Hartwick is actively involved with Covenant House California. Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Hartwick attended Brown University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. While at Brown University, Mr. Hartwick played four years of Division I Water Polo.
