Michael Jersin

Michael N. Jersin joined CBRE in 2019 through its acquisition of REATA Real Estate Services. Prior to the merger, Michael was CEO and an active real estate professional of REATA where he administered the company, represented tenants in the South Texas market and was responsible for approximately 3,000,000 square feet of project leasing.

Michael leads some of our most successful marketing and lease-up efforts including Bandera Pointe, Huebner Oaks Fiesta Trails, and The Village at Stone Oak Shopping Centers. He represents many nationally recognized tenants in the South Texas market including Harbor Freight Tools, Consumer Cellular, K&G Menswear, UPS, Sport Clips, Men's Wearhouse, Panda Express and Skechers.

Michael maintains an active community leadership role as a member of the Urban Land Institute, UTSA Founder's Council, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a board member of Goodwill Industries. Michael has also coached in the YMCA Basketball Program, and the Boerne Little League.
