Michael Jokhi is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Hotels, based in CBRE's Global Headquarters of Downtown Los Angeles. Within the hospitality sector, he is focused on acquisitions and dispositions of multi-million dollar assets in Southern California, including fee-simple, leased fee and long-term ground lease originations. His responsibilities include management of the transaction process, deal underwriting and hotel valuation, negotiation of offers, market research and business development.
Michael joins CBRE from a notable financial firm, where he was an underwriting specialist. Previously working in Hong Kong, Michael led a project management initiative at a Venture Capital firm’s restaurant group. Owning and operating a 120-seat restaurant in Atlanta, Michael has a diversified skill set that lends comfort to owners with hospitality assets containing F&B operations.
Michael attended The University of Alabama where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration and was an Ambassador for the University’s International Business School.
