Michael Kadosh is part of the New York Tri-State Retail Services group at CBRE. Mr. Kadosh is a retail specialist focused on both landlord and tenant representation. His systematic team approach to every assignment, strong work ethic and extensive market knowledge, coupled with CBRE’s global platform, allow him to successfully partner his brand with his client’s brand to form a perfect synergy. Michael has a passion for the business and takes personal pride in creating real estate solutions for his clients.
Recently, Mr. Kadosh continued his contribution to the retail industry by leasing 26,190 square feet to the Trunk Club at 453 Madison Avenue on behalf of Northwood Investors, as well as 4,387 square feet to Jimmy Choo at 699 Madison Avenue on behalf of the Landlord.
A few notable transactions include a 135,000-square-foot lease at 629 West 54th Street on behalf of Chrysler Group; Michael also represented Eataly (Mario Batali) in a 44,500-square-foot lease at L&L Holding Company’s 200 Fifth Avenue property. Representing Volkswagen Group of America, Inc., Mr. Kadosh secured the $84 million acquisition of 798 11th Avenue. The 265,000- square-foot building serves as the flagship location for Audi and Volkswagen.
Mr. Kadosh has been part of multiple transactions including the leasing of 16,000 square feet at 120 Broadway to Capital Grille, the leasing of 33,500 square feet at 1 River Place to Lucky Strike and the leasing of 20,000 square feet at 529 Fifth Avenue to Best Buy on behalf of Silverstein Properties.

Represented H&M in a lease for its original flagship store, comprising three floors totaling 24,000 sq. ft. The retailer is now rebranding the space into a location for one of its higher-end brands.
