Michael Kolcum, a vice president at CBRE, is a highly accomplished commercial real estate professional in San Diego. He is a member of the company's Debt & Structured Finance practice in San Diego.
Previously, Michael was a key member of Newmark’s investment sales team. In that role, he played an integral role in the valuation and successful sale of approximately $5 billion in real estate transactions.
