Michael Longo

Mike Longo is an investment sales professional and part of the CBRE Investment Properties Institutional Group (IG) and National Partners. Based in Los Angeles, Mike is responsible for managing the disposition of institutional commercial property across the West Coast, focusing on multi-market dispositions and capitalizations of institutionally commercial property in Southern California. Since joining CBRE in 2010, Mike has participated in over $20 billion of commercial property transactions.

Mike is a mutual partner within National Partners (Industrial) and the SoCal Institutional Office Capital Markets Partnership. The SoCal Office partnership comprises 7 Partners and 12 support members spanning Santa Barbara to San Diego. The West Coast National Partners consists of 9 Capital Market Partners, 13 dedicated support members, and 4 analysts, covering California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.  National Partners has successfully closed market-making deals across the country totaling over $239 billion (3.4 billion square feet) since 2010. The National Partners transacted 167 MSF, 434 transactions totaling $22.3 billion in 2022.
