Michael MacDonald is an Senior Associate with CBRE’s Investment Properties Group. Michael joined CBRE in 2020 and specializes in private capital markets transactions throughout Georgia and Alabama. Michael’s focus is on the disposition of assets under $25MM in the office, industrial and IOS spaces. Since joining CBRE, Michael has completed several significant transactions ranging from value add office to multi-tenant industrial, owner-user sales and redevelopment opportunities.
Prior to joining CBRE, Michael served as an investment banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (Truist Securities). Michael worked within the equity capital markets platform and completed over $30BN of equity transactions including IPOs, Follow-on Offerings, Convertible Debt Offerings and Private Placements of Preferred Stock.
