Michael McGarrigle

Michael McGarrigle is a Senior Project Manager.  In this role, he oversees renovations, furniture reconfigurations, employee moves and infrastructure construction projects.  He has a proven record of consistently providing projects on-time and on-budget.  Michael also has extensive experience on rebranding programs.  He has successfully completed several major rebranding and transition programs for a large financial company.  His duties included overseeing contracted sign vendors to ensure fabrication and installation of signs occurred seamlessly.  He was also heavily involved in the analysis and reporting of field data to the client on a regular basis.  Part of these responsibilities included budgeting and forecasting for the large-scale programs.

Prior to joining CBRE, Michael was a Project Manager at Philadelphia Sign Company, a national sign supplier and installer.  While at Philadelphia Sign, he built relationships with sign fabrication and installation companies throughout the United States.

Before joining Philadelphia Sign, Michael owned a building maintenance and janitorial service company.  As owner, he was responsible for all aspects of the operation, including sales, service, and contracts.
