Michael Messler is an Investment Sales Analyst with the Mid-Atlantic team of CBRE’s National Retail Partners (NRP). The NRP is the leading retail investment sales team in the country, backed by the most powerful retail and capital markets platforms in the world. Within the team, Mike is responsible for the financial underwriting and analysis of multi-tenant, retail shopping center sale executions using various financial software packages including ARGUS. Mike also creates reports and spreadsheets summarizing investment property financials and characteristics for use in investment offering packages and marketing proposals.
Prior to joining NRP, Michael was a CMBS analyst at Kroll Bond Rating Agency in their Dresher, PA office where he monitored the financial performance of a portfolio of CMBS securities totaling $10 billion in outstanding loans.
