Michael Neves is an Associate with CBRE in the Fort Lauderdale office, working alongside Benjamin H. Silver and the South Florida Capital Markets team in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of retail properties throughout South Florida. In this role, Michael brings a fresh perspective, analytical mindset, and strong foundation to one of the region’s leading brokerage teams in commercial real estate.
Before joining CBRE, Michael gained valuable experience as an Associate with STRIVE in the Dallas–Fort Worth market, where he developed key insights into market dynamics and client relations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Commercial Real Estate from Texas Tech University. Michael is dedicated to leveraging his skills and industry knowledge to deliver exceptional results for clients and contribute to CBRE’s continued success in the South Florida market.
