Michael Palys leads product strategy and AI transformation within CBRE's Advisory business for key client accounts. He and his team translate emerging capabilities into practical products and agentic workflows, then align the people, investment, technology, and execution required to bring them to life. His work spans product vision, roadmaps, and delivery across a complex global organization.
Michael has more than 25 years of experience working at the intersection of business strategy, finance and investments, and technology, data, and AI. His career has spanned real estate and corporate private equity investing at Morgan Stanley and MSD Capital (the family office of Michael Dell), M&A strategy at Danaher, and consulting at McKinsey. He later built the risk and technology functions at Carlson Capital, a global investment firm that grew to nearly $10 billion in assets. After that, Michael co-founded and led an enterprise AI application software startup. He is recognized for pairing sound business judgment with deep technology fluency, a combination that now shapes how he builds digital products for CBRE's Advisory clients.
