Michael Shamlian is a Senior Project Manager responsible for delivering projects in the Greater Philadelphia market. Michael focuses on program and project management as well as tenant fit-out from inception to completion including value engineering, schedule development, contract negotiations, budget development, construction oversight, cost reviews, and occupancy coordination.
Michael has extensive experience managing high-end interior, manufacturing, public transportation, commercial and industrial projects. He focuses on developing a team-oriented approach to projects where clients are continually updated on project status and work crews partner to bring projects together on schedule and under budget. Michael prides himself on his ability to maintain open communication with all involved parties resulting in very successful projects.
Recently, Michael has successfully provided project management services on a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects to the complete satisfaction of the project owners as detailed below.
Prior to starting at CBRE, Michael most recently worked for an international owner’s representative firm where he was a project manager responsible for taking assignments from pre-construction through occupancy and close-out. The Comcast Center in Philadelphia, PA was one such project where he worked as part of a three-person team that successfully completed the fit out of 1,290,000 square feet of office and retail space.
