Michael Shipley specifically and singularly represents office tenants in metropolitan Washington, DC and the surrounding areas.
With a grounded history in the D.C. region, his experience and involvement in the community centers around promoting both economic and social environments. As an active volunteer and community leader, Mr. Shipley provides a personalized perspective that reaches much deeper than the basics of most transactions.
Mr. Shipley joined CBRE in 2011 as a member of the Global Corporate Services’ team and provided consultative services on a national level for multiple Fortune 100 firms with a variety of different needs.
