With more than 40+ years of combined experience, the CBRE Midwest Hotel’s team consists of Eric Belfrage, Michael Shirey, Laurel Keller, and Anna Wonn. The team specializes in the investment sales of hotels in the Midwest region, including Indianapolis, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia.
Eric is a Senior Vice President and is a is a seasoned hospitality industry veteran with over three decades of experience to his credit. Prior to his tenure at CBRE, Eric was the Managing Director of Integra Realty Resources. His approach as an advisor, rather than a broker, has helped his clients immensely.
Michael Shirey, the First Vice President, is a real estate/hospitality industry professional with over 15 years of experience. Since joining forces in 2012, Eric, Michael, and Laurel have been responsible for acquiring and disposing of hotels on local, regional, and national levels.
Laurel Keller is a First Vice President. Before transitioning to hotel brokerage, she spent more than 20 years completing hotel and attractions appraisals, feasibility studies, and market studies across 48 U.S. states, Canada, and the Middle East, studying assets with values ranging from under $1 million to over $2 billion.
Anna joined their team in 2021 as a marketing specialist. She has since grown into the role of financial analyst where she helps underwrite current and potential listings.
