Associated Office
Michael Slattery is a Research Manager with CBRE’s Manhattan Research Department. In this role, Michael is responsible for managing daily broker requests for research information and market statistics, gathering data for updates to CBRE’s internal proprietary operating system, tracking citywide transactions and assisting in the preparation of analytical research papers and market reports.
Previously, Michael spent three years as a Research Associate with the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), where he gained invaluable insight into the real estate industry. At REBNY, his responsibilities included responding to zoning and other real estate related inquiries, providing broker training, researching and analyzing market statistics, and reporting on/testifying at numerous City Planning, Landmark Preservation Commission and City Council hearings.
Michael’s experience working with brokers, public agencies and private real estate companies makes him well equipped to serve as a trusted resource for timely and pertinent information. His understanding of public information databases, coupled with his real estate finance education, allows him to provide comprehensive answers to all types of research requests.
