Michael Somervell joined CBRE in 2015 as an Associate. Over the last 9 years since joining CBRE, Michael has worked with the Office Services Advisory and Transaction team. Michael has gained extensive experience representing Tenants and Buyers as well as Landlords and Sellers of office property in the Louisville market and throughout Kentucky. Michael has a deep understanding of the Louisville office market and is able to help his clients make decisions to align their real estate with their overall business and performance objectives.
Michael’s experience working with both Tenants and Landlords provides him the unique insight into what each party is looking for in lease negotiations. Michael’s market knowledge and creative marketing approach have served his clients well during his time with CBRE. Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in 2015.
