Michael joins CBRE as a Vice President with 8 years of extensive experience handling leasing and sales for tenants, landlords, owners, and investors in the Raleigh-Durham and Eastern North Carolina markets. Michael has successfully represented a diverse range of clients, including local, regional, and national tenants, helping them optimize their space needs to align with their operational and investment requirements. He has also worked closely with both local property owners and institutional landlords, providing strategic guidance on asset positioning, market analysis, and transaction structuring to maximize property value and occupancy.
His expertise spans ground up leasing projects, investment sales, lease negotiations, acquisition and disposition of industrial and flex properties, making him a trusted advisor in the region’s industrial and logistics sector. During his career, Michael has handled over 230 transactions, completing over $200M in transactions for more than 2.7M SF of space and selling over 550 acres of Land.
Michael has earned the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations and has previously served as Treasurer and on the board of Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR). He is currently active with Triangle Delta Waterfowl chapter and serves on the Sporting Clay Event Committee for the Boy Scouts of America and is also an Eagle Scout.
