Michele Cowans

As Senior Graphic Designer for CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services, Michele Cowans provides design solutions for high-profile business development pursuits, with a focus on Investor Services assignments across the Americas. She is responsible for developing creative, client-centric deliverables, ranging from well-branded proposals to world-class interactive and engaging presentations. She works closely with a team of designers and business development writers to provide a strategic approach to every pursuit.

Michele also serves as National Marketing Coordinator for Advisory & Transaction Services in the Americas, providing support to brokerage verticals (industrial, office, retail) and Executive leadership for various corporate initiatives, quarterly statistical reports and graphics. Ms. Cowans is also responsible for leading marketing efforts for numerous Specialty Practice Groups within CBRE, including maintaining their charters, applications, websites and corporate brochures. As a web publisher, Michele maintains and updates a number of cbre.com websites including the Industrial and Office Service Line pages, various Specialty Practice Group pages, and various intranet pages.

Michele has had a successful career at CBRE. She was hired in 2006 as a Graphic Designer and was promoted to Marketing Manager in 2009. As a Marketing Manager, Michele led the local Communications and Marketing Department and support personnel in developing marketing materials for a staff of 150+ professionals in the Cincinnati and Dayton offices. She conceived and designed property marketing materials, proposals, business development presentations, e-marketing campaigns, research reports and event collateral. She was also responsible for communication efforts including press releases, advertisements and implementing a social media campaign for the office. In addition to ensuring that corporate marketing guidelines, branding standards and initiatives were being met, she was also the web editor for the office, creating and maintaining the Cincinnati and Dayton office websites, along with property, professional profile, team and intranet webpages. In 2012, she joined Americas Marketing Advisory & transaction Services, Investor Leasing for her current role.
