Michelle Crecca serves as the Head of Americas Advisory Marketing, where she is responsible for developing a data-driven strategic marketing platform that creates the best client experience for and is a differentiator in recruiting and retaining sales professionals and clients.
Michelle leads a large, nationally distributed Marketing team. She has accountability for business development, property marketing, local field marketing, and growth marketing that helps thousands of sales professionals to drive business outcomes. She directs all marketing efforts for the Americas, including strategic positioning, integrated marketing plan development, content marketing, and strategic "point-of-sale" marketing.
Prior to joining CBRE, Michelle led transformational change in senior roles at Fortune 50 companies in multiple industries, including insurance, retail banking, and consumer lending. She spent over seven years at Prudential, where she served as the Chief Marketing Officer of the U.S. Businesses, Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer of the Workplace Solutions Group, and Chief Marketing and CXO of Group Insurance, where she successfully rebuilt and transformed those marketing functions. Before successfully pivoting to the insurance sector, she held positions of increasing responsibility in retail banking and consumer finance. Michelle served as the Chief Marketing Officer of the publicly traded mid-cap bank Webster Financial, where she was promoted after turning around the bank's consumer lending unit during the financial crisis. She held a variety of P&L and Product roles of increasing responsibility at Citigroup and JP Morgan Chase.
A believer in community service, Michelle is a trained hospice volunteer and has served on the boards of the American Heart Association in Fairfield County and the Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame. She is the proud mother of three children.
