Michelle Jefcoat has specialized in multifamily investment sales throughout Southern California since joining CBRE in 2000. During her 26+ year career, Ms. Jefcoat has been involved in the sale of more than 24,455 apartment homes and 27 land sites for residential development representing total consideration exceeding $4.3 Billion. Her transaction experience encompasses a broad range of asset types, including market-rate, age restricted, adaptive reuse and affordable housing, as well as for-sale residential.
For the past decade, Ms. Jefcoat has focused primarily on land development transactions, with particular expertise in urban infill, residential communities, mixed-use developments and high-density multifamily projects.

She is recognized for cultivating long-standing developer relationships, providing deep market insight and successfully navigating complex land transactions. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Jefcoat served as Executive Manager for the Arnel Management Company where she oversaw the staff and daily operations for several multifamily properties totaling more than 5,500 multifamily homes throughout Orange County.
