Michelle Lee

Michelle Lee, MAI currently serves as a Senior Funds Manager for the CBRE Institutional Valuation & Advisory Services group (IVAS). She has actively participated in the analysis of an array of commercial properties during the course of her career. Assignments have included a variety of property types including office, retail, mixed-use development, industrial, land, residential subdivisions, residential estates, educational facilities, proposed developments, and senior housing facilities. She has over a decade of experience in valuation and has worked on a broad range of assignments including valuations related to mortgage financing, feasibility, financial and tax reporting, and litigation support.

Prior to joining CBRE, Michelle was a Senior Valuation Services Director at Colliers International where she served as the Office Valuation Specialist for the Midwest region. Assignments included a wide variety of office properties, including CBD and suburban offices of all classifications (Class A/B/C) and specialty-use office types (medical office, data center, government, lab/R&D).
